50 provinces now drought-hit
50 provinces now drought-hit: Since Feb 2, a total of 36,388 villages in 497 districts of 50 provinces have been declared drought-hit areas, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department chief Wibul Sanguanpong said on Thursday.
