Skripal poisoning: Novichok scientist Vladimir Uglev reportedly hit by car in Russia - Business Insider: Vladimir Uglev said he was hit by a car near Anapa, Russia. He told the BBC earlier this month the Skripals were 'not the first victims' of the Novichok poison.
