Philippines' Duterte hit with second ICC complaint for drug killings: Families of eight dead drug suspects on Tuesday filed an International Criminal Court (ICC) complaint accusing Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte of murder and crimes against humanity. This is the second such complaint filed at the international court.
